Online ordering at TopParfumerie is possible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Even if you have never ordered before at TopParfumerie. If you order for the first time, we ask you to fill in your personal details. At your next order we only ask your e-mailaddress and password.  Order at www.TopParfumerie.eu  is easy:
  • Surf by shop and click Article in which you are interested. If you want this Article in your shopping basket,  select it and "Add to shopping basket".
  • When you click (right at the top off the page) on "Your shopping cart" you will get an overview of all the products in your shopping basket.
  • When you are you ready with shopping, click the botton "Check out".
  • To process your order we will ask you some personal details. If you fill in your e mailaddress, you receive an order affirmative with details of your order.
  • Next you choose from a number of payment methods, by clicking on one of buttons. If you have chosen for a payment method for which still additional data is necessary then you can fill that in on the following page.

Prices and delivery costs
All prices are in € (EURO) and include 19% VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted.
  • For orders within the Netherlands and Germany we charge a general fee of €4,95. For orders over €100,- we charge a general fee of €0,00.
  • For orders within Belgium and Austria we charge a general fee of €8,95. For orders over €100,- we charge a general fee of €3,95.
  • For orders within other European Union Countries we charge a general fee of €11,95. For orders over €100,- we charge a general fee of €6,95.

Delivery
We deliver to the following countries (Member states of the EU): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
Delivery time approximately 10 days within the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Austria. Delivery in other EU countries approximately 12-14 days.

You can pay in advance by bank transfer, by credit card, by iDEAL, by Giropay and by PayPal. Your credit card will be charged immediately after placing your order. Your bank account will be charged immediately after placing your order if you choose to pay via iDEAL, Giropay or Paypal.

Right to Cancel for Consumers
You have the right to cancel the order at anytime before the expiry of a period of fifteen working days 1 beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving reason. However, this period won’t start before all information obligations laid down in the „Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000“ have been fulfilled. You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by a notice in writing which you leave at our address, by a notice in writing which you send by post to our address, by fax to our business fax number, by email to our email address. You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract.
 
Specific indications
When you sent us the whole or partitial order in a deteriorated state for a refund you must, where appropriate, perform value replacement.
